What do we do about this? Systematically?

During exploration yesterday, spotted in a lake was a Roseate Spoonbill. This pink flamingo-looking bird majestically waded in the nearby lake.

I couldn’t help but admire it FROM AFAR! The birds that gathered over at this lake were sunbathing on the limbs of the Cypress trees. The spoonbills were also sweeping their beaks in the water as they scavenged for food! It was very nice to see them in their natural habitat.

Sadly, with the consistent changes in the Endanagerd Species Act, many of our wildlife are at risk of degradation to their habitats (please see the links below). I talk about this a lot because it’s such a problem.

I am working on collectively coming up with solutions and working with other professionals to tackle some of these issues and bring them up in discussions and I encourage other nonprofit leaders and professionals to help in educating others and themselves on solutions to these risks. If you’d like to help address these issues, let’s connect and send me a message!
